They didnt fold like a Taco. They are doing really well and are releasing a lot of new parts this coming year. Turbo's , Manifolds, 6pt Cages and a lot of AE86 parts. Top Hat's product line is Core Performance Products. Check the RB manifold they have. http://www.coreperformanceproducts.com

There are still in biz. they just took on my boy scott(taco)we just finished the birth of another rb25 powered 240sx.

Ohhhh and that manifold. I got to hold that baby in my lap and pet my precious. that is one sexy manifold. and the welds are perfect.

It would be good to get beyond this quality thing... since that doesn't seem to be so much of a factor... based on the fact that it is a performance part... does it work is the big question for me...

beyond quality WTF man i need to show you some photos of the SS autochrome manifold my boy got from them for his ka. OM GOD talk about POS quality. there manifold is probly going to crack in the first week. then you will realize that quality does mean something. even on a performance product.

Where do the SSautocrap manifolds get made? Who make thems?

i think they are in NC and they make them in house....the mandrels have turned oblong from head and almost buckle.
