Anybody watch this show? Although the British version is WAY better, the American show won some major props. They featured a 94Q!! I personally felt they picked the wrong year. But it was great!!!

At this point which year you choose is not going to make very much of a difference. Most of the cars you see for sale are in terrible condition, high mileage and have not been taken care of. I think the car Rutledge or however you spell it, had issues combined with the fact the nitrous wasn't installed right. There really isn't that much difference between the 90-93 and the 94-95, sure on paper but really were talking percentage points and maybe tenths of a second; these differences are fine with new cars but with used cars its impossible to tell.

Actually, it was a pretty bad G50. It should have easily broken 150 mph if it was up to snuff without nitrous oxide. Those guys have no clue on some things. American Top Gear is really just a circle jerk for those guys, even more so than Briitsh version.

I would bet it had non functioning knock sensors and therefore retarded timing.

It is disappointing that someone took their money for a gas setup (they all appeared to have been from the same source) who had no knowledge of the changes that most likely were neeeded for a performance gain. They should have consulted with NICO for a reference to some members who could have provided consulting services to get good result. For example, Wes (elwesso), Shane (QSIGUY), and others....
