At this point which year you choose is not going to make very much of a difference. Most of the cars you see for sale are in terrible condition, high mileage and have not been taken care of. I think the car Rutledge or however you spell it, had issues combined with the fact the nitrous wasn't installed right. There really isn't that much difference between the 90-93 and the 94-95, sure on paper but really were talking percentage points and maybe tenths of a second; these differences are fine with new cars but with used cars its impossible to tell.
