Top Feed Injectors

Hey, quick question, currently I'm running HKS 740cc side injectors and a Power FC. I'm looking to change the fuel system in the car and i'm probably going to goto a top feed injector system with 1000cc injectors and a AEM ems. My question is that i noticed that the side feed injectors are high impedence and the top feed are low impedence, what will have to be done to make them work properly? Thanks
