I'd like to disagree. Some purely cosmetic mods on a nicely built car pass the no-rice test fine, but when you're adding underhood mirrors, 18+ wheels (for cars like the 240SX), unnecessary coilovers, big sound systems you're fast approaching rice.honda_killer240 wrote:
