Got my sway bar in and planning to do the install this weekend. Wanted to see if anyone knows/remembers what size tools are required for this. The instructions just say the following:

1. Assorted sockets and wrenches2. +,- Screwdriver3. Assorted pliers

Exactly what size sockets and wrenches will I need? The trial/error method isn't the best in my case as the tools will be in one spot (the house) and the car in another (the "shop") about 15 min away from one another (and a few cities/towns/villages/whatever they're called apart...yes, will be doing this on long island).

Grabbing all tools is not practical. Tried searching, could only find impressions threads. Any pointers in the right direction will be appreciated

Its a 17mm and 19mm to remove the Sway bar/Endlink bolts on the ends. There are also 2 rubber grommets that hold the sway bar in the middle. You have to remove 4 bolts (2 per grommet) for the sway bar to fall free. Don't remember what size it is, but Im fairly certain its a 17mm. Just carry an adjustable wrench with you

i just installed mine and i love it. what a difference this thing makes. makes me wanna throw on endlinks even more. but if you are just installing RSB, the only thing you will need a ratchet, a 6 inch extension, and a 5/8 socket. thats all i need. And maybe a pair of pliers, or vise grips. the bushing on one of the endlinks was just spinning so i had to grab them with pliers so i could finish removing the bolt. easy install tho. hope this helps.

So yeah...the 5/8 is what I ended up having to use too when the others didn't fit...too bad I didn't see your reply until after I was done...overall very easy install and loving it

just curious - anyone think about changing the stock sway bar bushings to energy suspension bushings? The sway bar I put on my maxima came with energy bushings. Not sure if there would be a noticeable difference since I've never compared them to another type, but just a thought.
