Me and a few friends rented out Atco Raceway in NJ on May 29th. I figured I would run the car a few times and see how she did. Numbers were pretty much what I expected on stock boost, I didn't want to risk turning it up at all as I had to drive it back to LI afterwards about 160miles lol...But it was fun nonetheless. Here's a few pics and vids. Enjoy

And to the Vids....

First vid was 13.93@100mph:http://s106.photobucket.com/al...6.flv

Second was her best run of the day: 13.76@102mph:http://s106.photobucket.com/al...2.flv

This is my friend Tyler's (92vert240) Grand National ...Bad launch on only 4lbs (should be around 12lb launch) then climbing up to 28lbs for the rest of the run....just listen to the turbo spool up....orgasmic ...10.95@124mph:http://s106.photobucket.com/al...0.flv

Thanks! Mods include TurboXS FMIC, 3" downpipe, cat delete test pipe, RS*R exmag exhaust, HKS Metalflow intake, Walbro fuel pump, exedy stage1 clutch, and VLSD.

I was running consistant 13.8's on 7lbs of stock boost. I wish it wasn't so hot out so I could've jacked up the boost to 14lbs which would have easily brought my times down to the low 13's at least, but it is my daily driver and I did have to drive it home.

wow man those are awesome times...i was wondering what kind of suspension you're running and are those panasports painted black?

at what rpm are you launching? and are you slipping the clutch or just dropping it? i'm trying to find the best way to launch my car

i have a similar setup but i'm running the smic right now (i have a greddy fmic but i need to find a saw to cut a hole in the batt. tray) and a r32 4.4 diff...it feels like i'd only be able to hit low 14's on stock boost...

but ofcourse my brain isn't as reliable as taking it to a drag strip

What were your 60ft's? I really need to get an LSD installed in my car. I'm trapping 97mph and still only running 14.7's. I need something to help me get out of the hole, because I have wheel spin all through 1st.

Nice times and clean car.

Thanks dude!....Suspension is Megan Racing Street coilovers and the wheels are JDM Watanabe's which are painted black with the JDM center caps as well. I was trying to launch a few different ways but the best seemed to be about 3000-3500rpm and just dump the clutch. Drag radials would definately be a plus, I'm thinking about buying some soon. With a SMIC you are probably right about the 14sec times, strap in that FMIC ASAP lol

On the 13.76@102mph my 60ft was 2.17.....My best 60ft time out of the 9 runs was 2.08 and I ran a 13.81@100mph. If your spinning all through first it's definately time for a LSD and some drag radials

Thanks for the comments guys!

Also, I forgot to mention, I let alot of pressure out of the rear tires. I put them at about 21lbs for better traction. Hope this helps.
