I took my versa to the dyno yesterday down in long beach at Do It Dyno. they were havin a dyno day so i decided to go for the hell of it. it was rediculously hot and crazy humid. but was still a ton of fun. I have an AEM cai, 2.25''custom cat-back exhaust (magnaflow muffler) and the car pulled the best on the 2nd pull, at 113.8hp and 117.9 ft-lbs. I was hoping for 115hp, but it was a miserably hot day and cold air was simply nowhere to be found. but im proud of my versa and i left with a smile. it was kinda funny because there were pple w. crazy g35's and z's out there and they were all curious on what the econ versa would do. and i must say, the exhaust is out of control, its has a low deep tone, and then opens up in the higher rpms very VERY nicely. the pulls were done in 3rd gear.

heres a vid i took of the 3 pullshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejZxIBYDZ7E

hope you guys found this interestingenjoy

Very interesting post with well presented information. Thanks for sharing. It would be neat to see the numbers on a stock Versa.

The exhaust sounded awesome. I wonder how much of the sound you could hear on the video was from the CAI.

Has anyone noticed how all of the best threads are started by Sedan owners. LOL.

Most of what you were hearing was the CAI. I have an exhaust on mine and I thought I was loud but when I put the CAI on I couldn't even hear the exhaust anymore.

a good portion of the sound was the CAI in the beginning, as the car rose in the rpms the exhaust takes over. the exhaust at lower rpms is pretty quite ad then when you step on it, it really opens up nicely. some pple were covering their ears cuz it was pretty rediculous, honestly the video gives the car no justice with how it sounded on the dyno, im kinda sad about that.

someone correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure the stock numbers are 108hp and 111tq
