It's the Learned'd regulars that use Gen Chat like AOL Instant Messenger.

Here's some food for thought...

The 16 or so Learned'd NICOnauts have been responsible for a total of 240,000 NICO posts. There has been a total of ~6,000,000 in the entire history of NICO. The Learned'd crew is responsible for 4% of NICO's history. (insert_underutilized_smiley) :cartman:
