That has nothing to do with octane, and all to do wiith controlling a 4000HP monster.

Accidents happen. Sucks that he died.

Why did you link 3 versions of the same article?

Because many on this site may not be familar with local news coverage in New Jersey

In many parts of this country the news only reports prices of corn and pork bellies in between Rush Limbough and Bill Orleely on the Fox noise channel

Here is another one

My posts on octane seem to get attention.

Racing even under controlled and best conditions is very a dangerous business. The youngsters on this site should be aware of the consequences.

My condolences to his family

That's terrible!

As far as too much octane, too much anything (beer, vitamins, coffee, etc...) is dangerous. Moderation is the key to life!

'Go find balance' (spoken in Morita's voice)Did I mention I'm a sucker for The Karate Kid ?? Hard for me to pass it by when channel surfing...

That's awful. I'm happy I decided not to go down to the track last night.

to quote Pacino,

You could get killed walking your doggy!

Speedworld stopped doing Saturday night drags this month so it looks like I'll have to wait until July to go to the track again.
