Too much freeplay!!

Alright, yesterday my everything seemed fine, but today my clutch seems to have gotten way to much freeplay. What could of caused this? It seems like my clutch has lost compression with the pedal or something. I have to hit the pedal all the way to the floor to get it to engage, but my clutch is fine, no slipping or anything. Do I just need to tighten up the pushrod behind the pedal? or what?
