thanks for your reassurance! ha im getting mixed reviews from people on this-i dont know the offset on my current oem wheels but they are SOO close to my coilsim just thinking +35 will be dangerously close as well
It all depends on your coils aswell. and when your checking clearance check your rims at full lock both ways. i ran 17x7.5+40 rims and they didn't hit my coils but hit my tension rods.

So yeah, if you end up needing a spacer, it won't be much.

I have x8 +9 and they fit fine. Far away from everything.

x8 is by no means wide. I don't think you'll have a problem.

yeah, thanks. im not too worried about the 18x9.5 fitting in the rear..but the 17x9+35 im worried about clearing in the front..i might just have to post a bulletin asking about those specs clearing with no/minimal spacers before i fully decide on getting them..im sure other people on here have these..

EDIT! the guy on rimtuck who has these specific wheels replied!i asked if he needed spacers and he said:The spacers were necessary for the wheels to actually LOOK good haha but the fronts definitely did need spacers to clear the coilovers. The rears, not so much but it will look s***ty if you don't.

so im hoping ill be fine i dont like these wheels much but i dig the price/width lol

whats your price range for rims? if you don't wanna shell out the extra cash buy different rims, xxr offers newer offset/widths and mb battles are 17x9.5+15 and dirt cheap

im only choosing this specific setup of 962s because they are $10 under my $600 with shipping budget. i ordered the 17x9 006's about 3 weeks ago but i lost my job last week so i wont have any extra money to upgrade or id be getting P45Rs not too many good choices out there for 4 lug in that price range

i found some 18x8 tenzos for 110 a piece..not to bad..kinda temping if the offset wasnt 45 =0

Are they 17's? Beacause it might be hard to find a 225/40.

What are the wheel sizes?

Do a 45 sidewall, and for a 9in wheel with a slight stretch i'd go with a 225/45. I do a 225/45 on my 9.5in rims and its a good stretch

I'm running a 235/45 on the front, which i regret, and a 225/45 in the rear, like the rear fitment betterrr.

in my sig its 17x9.5, and i like the 225 stretch better, but thats because i can use less camber to fit them. your 9" will look like my fronts with a 225.

I just got 235/40 r 17 for my 17x9 sportwax. The rear is great, dont even need to roll or pull the fender (but im going to so i can run a small spacer. The fronts however are going to be a pain. I dont have wide fenders (if i had the money they'd be on my car in a heart beat), and with the amount of spacing required to clear my coils it looks like ill be doing a lot of pulling and rolling. Im not as low as you, but decently low. If i get a chance ill take some pics sunday. Good luck
