too lean, how do i richin it up

my car running to lean have AEM UGENO wide band a/f gauge reads 16.1 all time. ive treid turing idle mixture screw. didnt help much, tried seafoaming motor helped a little cannot make it stay at 13.7 a./f, tried retarding time that helped the most. have a walbaro fuel pump stock injectors stock fuel regulator next step is to replace FPR. running way to lean

It's 16:1 at idle, cruising, and under boost? Your target cruising afr should be around 14.7 not 13.7. Under full accel should be between 11.5-12.0.

I don't think the car would idle at 16:1, are you sure you've got the UEGO setup right?

yeah im pretty sure its working right, when i rev it up to like 6k at idle with FPR un-plugged, it goes down to like 13.2 and then to like 11.1 on the way down, so i think its working,right so allready seafoamed it, im thinking either injectors clogged or fp clogged i already replace fuel filter. yes it is the UEGO set up. i forgot what it was called earlier..

woops yes its at 16.1 at idle and around 15.4-.9 at cruise and like 14 at WOT, which isnt super lean, but i though with wabaro pump should be running rich anyways

so no tips on makign it run richer ? how would i be able to tell if injectors are clogged up or dirty?

Oh the motor idles at 16:1 It idles at 18:1 even. Just poorly. Lots of lean pop.

I'd be checking my fuel pressure and then see about getting the injectors cleaned or something.
