Ok, so i have a set of 10.2mm spark plug wires and nkg spark plugs on my 95 240. its a ka and every so often when i put it in neutral to come to a stop or even down shiftin til i stop, when the rpms get down to bout 700 they will keep goin and the car will shutoff completely. Does anybody know if this would be due to the plug wires? And if not what it could possibly be?

Dont think it would be the wires, maybe check the gap on the plugs. Hows your air filter? check to see if your fuel pump is crapping out, maybe try to replace fuel filter.

Have to be more specific.

Your IACV is clogged or sticking, the same thing happen to mine. Take it off and clean it or replace it. Their is a write up on here, search for it.

P.S. IACV stands for (Idle Air Control Valve), it's located on the bottom and back of the intake manifold.

most likely the culprit.I changed mine when doing rebuild for the same type of issues.I also noticed till i upgraded my alternator, that when my stereo was up at idle it would die sometimes as well.

I say no, I would clean the TB, and IAC, check vacuums and egr, maybe tweak the idle adjustment.
