Every review I've read for this game has been horrible-terrible-bad.I knew it was going to be bad, but I didn't think it would be THAT bad. The fact that it's so hard to control that you have to let the game steer for you is a sign that it should never have been released.

The worst part is that this is a stripped-down Tony Hawk experience for double the cash. LESS gameplay for more money. All because you have to buy a stupid skateboard controller with it.

The thing I'm most disappointed in is the the poor performance of the peripheral itself. Even considering the stripped-down content of the game, if the peripheral worked well the game might still be worth picking up. But the controller is so bad as to make the game essentially unplayable from what I've heard. That's pathetic. Doesn't EA have quality control? Push back the damn release date, morons.

And EA is determined to get their investment back from that hunk of plastic crap. There are other board sports games planned that will use it as well...snowboarding, probably surfing. Ugh. Experiment failed, EA, just gather up your pride and walk away. Stop trying to salvage a burning bag of poop.
