Tonneau Torn :(
My Extang Tonneau split along one of the rails. It's a tiny split but I know it's there and it's driving me mad. I called Extang and they said to ship the cover to them with an RMA which I plan to do but they said they have to review it which means I could be out the shipping if they deny it. Sucks Sucks Sucks! I have taken care of the cover as per the instructions too. I am crossing my fingers.

Vinyl, water, sun, and heat equals tears. Sorry but they all tear or dry rot at some point. Vinyl is weak and rips in no time. Sorry but that is the sad truth. The elements are tough on them. hard covers are the only way to go for long life.

I got it in December but didn't install it till March. Here's the part I left out, I found a dead bird sitting on the cover yesterday at work. The bird was dead and must have fallen from the sky onto the cover thus ripping it. The tear wasn't there on Sunday when I did a wash and wax. Trying to get it warrantied will prove interesting.

Thats kinda...weird... well rev i really hope things go in your favor with this one i know how expensive those things are X.X i had one for my old Chevy s-10 but i had to sell the truck 3 months later so i blew alot of money for nothing but they do make good products
