The song "Friday" by Rebecca Black was actually a brilliant seed planted on the Internet to do just that.themadscientist wrote:Don't worry. Skynet will log onto the internet, see the preponderance of international fail, become EMO and crash its own hard drive.

Nope, it was the time in the lame a** TV SHOW that skynet became self-aware. In the movie it was something like August 1997.alms24sebring wrote:Ooooohhh! That was time in the movie when Judgement Day happened. I see what you did there... good one
But what about Terminator 3: Rise of the machines? Wasn't that much later?Bmore-coupe wrote:Nope, it was the time in the lame a** TV SHOW that skynet became self-aware. Terminator Movies > Sarah Conner Chronicles
Ok, enough nerd talk for me tonight.
Cool, when I first saw the thread title I was worried you were suggesting watching Dancing with the Stars...MaximA32 wrote:Skynet becomes self aware. Is tomorrow judgement day?
In T2 judgment day was told to be August 29, 1997. But, when they took down skynet, it postponed the date. Once the military took over the project, they got it rolling again and then the T-X initiated the sequence of events that would result in judgment day on July 24, 2004. Though, I believe the actual judgment day (when skynet became self-aware) was July 25, 2004.frapjap wrote:But what about Terminator 3: Rise of the machines? Kristanna Loken was the terminatorbabe in #3. Salvation was an okay movie, not great, but very good effects, worth seeing once IMHOalms24sebring wrote:Yes I was talking about the 3rd one (Rise of the Machines ?) in fact. I dont remember the date tho. btw who was that chick that played T-1000I bet that bun in her hair wasn't the only thing thats tight and glossy.
I dont think Ive seen Salvation although I want to. And the show... Its not worth watching then having it destroying my love for Terminator.
This. The storyline was waaaay better than the last to movies combined. There were some low points in the show, but on the whole I was upset how they ended it. But I was more upset that the last movie didn't tie into it's storyline...zacmil wrote:The TV show was actually alright. It wasn't the greatest thing I've ever watched, but it beat the heck out of Terminator Salvation.
