Hi - I am in Melbourne Australia and my daughter is studying in Tarzana (CA) with a 2010 Rogue 360. She had her vehicle in for a 40,000 mile service yesterday and she tells me they replaced (under warranty) a 'tongue seal', to do with the cooling system. I'm thinking it could be the different terminology used but I have no idea what she is refering to. Can anyone fill me in and advise if this is a normal replacement. Only those who have been down this road will appreciate the many dificulties this extreme distance brings!! Graham

I would ask her to read out/spell out what they replaced as per the work order they gave her. I suspect there is no such part called a "tongue seal" and she just misheard them or they mispronounced it. The work order should contain exactly what they did, since it was warranty work it should be proper as it's submitted to Nissan for reimbursement.
