hey everyone i just wanted to know if anyone is running the tomei throttle body. i believe its 70mm. just wated to know anyones experience with it. im getting 770cc injectors, aem fuel rail and regulator, still debating between greddy ultimate or apexi afc, and a z32 m.a.f i have a greddy intake manifold and everything else is mostly stock besides the front mount intercooler and apexi power intake. my goals are from 350- to 400whp after building my engine of course.

Q45 should fit right on greddy and fake greddy intake manis. Otherwise use an adpater plate. I don't know how expensive tomei's are but I've seen some $200 aftermarket cnc TBs around that seem to be decent.

You do realize that the Tomei tb is just a Nissan N15 Pulsar throttle body right?

if you do use the nissan n15 pulsar throttle body, and a tomei adapter plate, which i beeleive eveyrone is speaking about, with a greddy intake manifold the size dont match up , soo i port match the opening of my intake manifold to make a nice smoooooooooooooth flow...

yea i was going to do dat. ow i got another question. at how much power would u guys recommend using the q45 throttle body?? i mean itz not gonna be really fast considering for the minor mods i listed above. do u guys think that the q45 tb is too much for an sr20 pulling like 200-220hp at the most? or would the apex safc be able to control airflow correctly
