Just thought I'd help out anyone who has this kit. Here is a site that helps you install the Tomei Hicas Kit since the instructions are in Japanese.

It is for an R32, but the install is the same minus the pinout for the hicas computer. Enjoy!

If anyone has this kit could they please send a copy of the instruction page with the pinouts for the S13? You could also just attach it to this thread. Thanks!
