Just wondering what you guys thought about this motor. I dont plan to buy one any time soon but I thought it would make a good thread. I was looking over the work that they perform and the parts that they install and it looks like a pretty good setup overall. I mean you could have the work done for cheaper but the quality of the labor is a big issue. If the work isnt done right then there isnt really a point in having it done in the first place. But anyways, one day I would like to have my CA18 rebuilt with performance in mind and I might just ship my motor of to Tomei to have it done.

This is the work they perform;Engine overhaul with thorough parts cleaning. you could get all that done just as well (if not better) at a reputable machine shop here in the states, and not have to ship your motor back halfway around the world for no reason... while Tomei makes bada$s motors, I wouldn't spend all that money on it...

I dont know of any really good machine shops in my area that I could trust with that type of work. Like I said before, why even have it done if it isnt done right. But then again, im quite sure there are shops in the USA that could handle this type of work and do a good job with it. Not that I know of any personally.
