thats taken care of, i'm cutting it so that it only has the part that the crank angle sensor attaches to... (thank god i have two covers if i screw things up)

Nice cam gears! Are you going to use the stock CAS with your haltech or make a wheel with magnets and attach it to the crankshaft pulley. Here's a photo of what I did with mine:

nice, very similar to what i was going to do, except i am going to use my stock CAS for now, so there will be a piece of metal left on the cover where it covers the exhaust cam.... the haltech i got was already has a harness for the CA made and it is using the stock CAS...

it has started, i have been driving the terrible Peugot 306 (blah)

my digi cam got wet so it is screwed now.. will borrow one and post some update photos...
