Any one have any experience with Tomei's main bearings? I want to use them for my rebuild but they only sell 3 different grades instead of the 6 different grades available from Nissan. So I was wondering if anyone has used them and what their experience was with them.

Haven't used them, but I'll tell you the same thing I tell everyone about Tomei products.. I've NEVER heard a bad thing about Tomei.

I know Tomei makes great products. My worry isn't the quality, more the fact that they only offer half of the varieties that Nissan offers. I don't feel like destroying my engine after I rebuild it, so basically what I'm asking is how tight are the tolerances are for main bearings.

Why don't you do all your measurements and see if your bearing sizes match what tomei offers?
