What modifications need to be done if any to the head to fit these cams?cheersss

Depends on the lift. Anything over 8.8mm I believe requires stiffer valve springs and once you get over 9 - 9.25mm you really should have solid lifters.

What about the 260 8.8 lash cams that tomei has? does anything need to be changed for those?

With 8.8mm lift and hydro lifters.. unless the springs/lifters are old.. the existing parts will work fine. Measure the springs/lifters and replace them if they are out of spec according to the FSM. Buying more stuff just means less money for petrol and speeding fines.
