TOM TOM NEED HELP PLEASE

Hi, My TomTom One not even a month old just sucks, everytime i go cross state, it always shows me routes through streets, and takes the longest ways, instead of taking a straight highway it takes me through all kinds of streets, I did try the shortest and fastest way, and I did put so it will not avoid tolls whats wrong with it

The first couple of times that I used my Tom Tom One I was experiencing the same problem. When the option for toll roads or no toll roads came up I was misreading the question. The answer you key in should be "NO" because of the way the question is worded.
