i havent seen a post sbout tom's coilovers and was wondering if they were any good. i was planning to get koni shocks/struts and sportsline but friend told me that it would be better to get tom's can some one shed some light on this matter for me before i go buying my suspension parts..much thanx :)

seeing as how Toms is Toyota stuff it would at least be interesting:confused:

yes, that was what i was thinking besides the fact that tom's would be cheaper. ehhehe any imput to help me, anyone???

no, i dont think that you understand, tom's is TOYOTA, which means it isn't made for your NISSAN. not the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you?

Well before we stone him in the town square, my R30 Skyline has Toyota strut cartridges in the front. They have the same cartridge diameter and thread pitch on the top nut but are a shorter stroke than the Nissan ones because they are from a FWD Corrolla. Swaping might be possible to get a lower tighter suspension on the 240 but somebody would have to take some measurements and pour over some manuals.
