Nice to meet everyone! I am a long time reader, but a new actual member putting up my first post! Cars have always been a passion of mine, tinkering with, modding, researching, and of course driving take up quite a bit of my free time! Anyway, This will be my first real build, and it will definitely be something special. This is my second 300, and my 5th Nissan overall. So, with that, lets get this party started! I will update this post as new things occur, and the build will be starting this week!
The Canvas: 1996 Nissan 300zx. Right Hand Drive, Imported from Japan with 37,000 original miles.
The Parts (that are not subject to change)-

-Turbo's Garrett Ball Bearing GT 555R's
-Engine Management - Haltech
-E85 Conversion
-740 cc Injectors
-Custom GT-R Exhaust
-Comp Stage 2 Clutch and Lightweight Flywheel
-Dual Intake
-Unorthodox Underdrive Pulley
-Mishimoto Front Mount
-Aluminum Radiator
-New Wiring Specialties Harness
- Lots and lots of other stuff!!

Obviously this list will be much much longer, and will include a full engine refresh (oil pump, water pump, timing belt, etc). We are planning on a Nissan Dark Blue paint job with some 19" Varrstoen Wheels!

Like I said, I will update with pics as we move through the process! Thanks for reading, and any comments/recommendations are always welcome!

Hey Tom, that's a great looking car, welcome aboard. Please don't spam for post count, making 10 legitimate posts isn't difficult while making 10 random posts just dilutes content and takes up server space (no matter how little it may be). Thanks.

My apologies, was just trying to get the post up quick before running out to work! Figured if I went back to posts from 2004, nobody would notice! Anyway, thanks for the compliments, cheers!

Welcome!
Looks like quite the project you have planned, should be interesting.
Too bad about the cloth interior although potentially that can be changed out, otherwise the car looks pretty clean...and, I assume you will be going with an older, OBD1 engine w/variable valve timing?
Good Luck with everything!

Thanks for the comments! To address the cloth interior, the drivers and passengers side seats will be coming out in favor of racing seats! At some point I will probably get rid of the cloth on the back seats, but the cloth is in really good shape back there, so I won't worry about it right now! In terms of the motor, yes we will be using an OBD 1, just not listed above. The full parts list is literally 3 pages long, and I was too lazy to write it all! It's going to be beautiful when complete!
