I agree with MC2 as well, probably why I still haven't bothered to finish (that and the AI purposely puts cars in the only availible path you have, not making it impossible, but annoyingly hard).GT3 has such great physics that I don't really care about the lapping, that and it's courses are really well designed. Once you get to where you only have the massive tournaments and the endurance races it gets kinda monotonous, so then you just use your obscene amounts of money to have Ultimate Street Car Challenges with friends. You'd be amazed how much fun you can have with a $50k (or even just $25k) limit. The $75-100k limits usually provide the most insane races though...NFSU is really good, IMO. Not GT3, but still very good. The physics are a little sketchy there too. The rice is kind of annoying, as is the fact that sometimes you don't want to have to change your car just to be able to drift a proper drifting vehicle, so you end up powersliding your FF and claiming it's drifting. Funny, I got better scores with the SE-R than with the 240 my first time through the game...Fun thing to do in NFSU is to try to play through the whole game with one of the base cars. I'm almost done with just a Miata. My Neon and Civic saves are doing pretty well too. It's funny to think of a Neon outrunning a Supra. That's my big complaint in the game. There's NO FRIGGIN WAY an RSX is going to keep up with an equally modded GT-R.
