Tokiko Struts and Sprint Springs.

I am very seriously looking at a 240 with both these on there, and after talking to the guy and previously knowing nothing about them he told me that they are specifially for lowering and not adjustable with a "smooth" ride.

How close is this?

Are they too loose to have the car perform well with the 2" drop he said it had?

Any of you with first hand expierence or know of a general consensous on the matter that would be great. Thanks.

P.S. The car also has full custom exhaust w/ cat, Drilled/Slotted Zinc plated rotors and a CD player, and 200k miles. It's an 89 and he is asking 2400. I am really hoping to get it, unless the suspension is just too gay to handle.
