Shock warranty is a tricky thing. Besides which for the most part labor is usually more then parts. I have warranted some KYB shocks once, but you needed to have a dealer that sold enough of them that he could make his supplier go to bat.
I'd just buy some new ones and call it a day. You really have no other options, the blues are better built then the stockers and one more set should last you a heck of a long time.
