Hi guys So the 03 maxima we just picked up for my girlfriend is waaaay to stiff for either of us. The car came with illumina struts with tein s-tech springs. The struts were set at 5 and I adjusted those to 1 last night and it helped a lot, but we live in MN and just don't need/want the car that low. I would like to change out the springs. I am wondering if the stock springs are compatable with the Illumina struts? And if not, what spring would you reccommend that's as close to stock as possible? Also, we will be selling the springs after that and the stock struts to make up for the price of new springs. And the 19's will be coming off today to put the stock rims/tires on for winter. Thank you for your help

No need for the 3 threads you started but anyways.

Yes the stock springs are compatable but i would say just go buy some type H if it for your girlfriend.

Also, I think i might buy those type s from you. I am thinking about going a little lower and stiffer. Hit me up when you get them off also let me know how many miles are on them.

If BOBCAT doesnt end up buying them, I'll definitely take them off your hands and pay for shipping to make it easier for you. I already have the Tein's and was debating the tokico illuminas or the KYB GR2's. Let me know how it works out for you and if it works out that I can possibly buy them from you. BOBCAT, not trying to jump ahead of you for them. Just lettimg him know if you change your mind im right behind you....thanks

That is what i have on my ride currently and it is very comfertable plus a little sporty. That is what i would suggest but if you are on a budget than i wouldnt suggest that at all. That is the most expensive springs you could buy for your ride.

Eibachs will give a good ride and great handling. They are not a stiff as people think.
