im sure i'll feel like an idiot after this is answered but i cant get my new struts to line up with the spindle holes. it's way to low....like maybe a good 3 inches from where it would just fall in. the last ones were completely shot and had no resistance at all. i assembled the the strut and the spring correctly, but its still to low. Any ideas? Because I'm stumped

wich way are you taking about..pics please.but sounds like u just have the top part attached and not the bottom because the strut isnt long enough to reach the spindle. correct?

no the the strut is to long. It's sitting below the spindle by about three inches. is there anyway to compress the whole assembly while it's bolted up top without anything getting in the way of the top wall of the fender?
