Tokico "Blues" don't seem to be particularly popular around here. There seem to be some perceived longevity issues. I've never had 'em, so I don't know how long they'd last with the Sportlines.

KYB AGX's (adjustable) and GR2's (non-adjustable stock replacements) are pretty popular. Koni Sport's are adjustable, but require a small bit of modifcation to install and cost more than the KYB's.

Both Sportlines and Pro Kits are popular springs. I'd say the Pro Kits are a better performing progressive spring, while the Sportlines give the drop that a lot of people want. I've seen more than a few people complain that their cars still look stock with the Pro Kits on.

Edit: Suspension Techniques makes some springs that don't drop the car too low, but I don't see many people around here talking about them.

I've had the blues wit H&R springs for about three years now. The fronts are getting a little soft but the rears seem OK. I'll probably change them for some adjustable dampers in the near future. I wouldn't put non-adjustable dampers on my car again.

I like to do a lot of research before I buy stuff and from everything Ive read the kyb agxs are great if you are going non-coilover. Sportlines are quite a low drop and the spring rate is better than stock but depending on which strut you pair them with there could be long-term problems.

to ERICH: What do you think about the H&R springs. I have heard good things about them. How does the drop look? Do you have any pictures?

The H&R springs seem OK. Not having anythn g to compare them to other then stock. The are quite a bit stiffer then stock. I don't have any good pictures of the car where you can see the drop. Check out my lame web presence forr some other car pics. http://www3.telus.net/kreen/My wheels are 15x7 no name brand, I think I paid 120 CDN (80 US) each for them. The drop on the H&Rs are about 1.5" inches or so. I didn't want too much drop, just an improvement oner stock handling.
