so i was wondering if anyone has tokico blues, and how they like them, also list what spring you have with them....

i was thinking of RSR springs..... i originally was looking at koni yellows, but they are pretty steep, i couldnt find them cheaper than 600 bucks which is a bit much considering you can get a decent set of coils for 750.....

and before ya'll ask, i dont want coils this is my DD and our roads in my town are s***y at best

runnin eibach sportline springs with my tokicos

its a fairly decent ride, +1 handling, not too bad or rough, but still bumpy ride

for DD, id reccomened it, and for springs, either the eibach or the tein S techs

o, and expect a little camber maybe

Just a quick word from me.

Running Tanabe GF210 spings on Tokico HP blues, on my Vert.

Feels very good, the HPs feel better than stock or the GR-2s I've had before and the Tanabe spings feels better than Eibachs (have had both prokits and sportlines).

Got the HP blues for $279 shipped on ebay.

Tanabe's were $195 shipped, ebay I believe.

And yes, the sportlines are more for looks than driving. They were too soft for how low they are, if you want to be that low and drive agressively at all might as well get coilovers.

I have the blues with sportlines aswell. I agree with biggie that they are too soft, but disagree that they are excessively low. I can fit 2 fingers in the fender gap. For the money they're good I suppose, but personally I would not recommend. Going to be pulling them in favor of some tein super drift or monoflex coilovers with edfc.

I have an Eibach prokit with my Tokico blues. Decent setup just fine if you want something just a bit stiffer. They are alot better then GR2s. But if you are going to spend the cash I would spend a little more and get something with adjustable dampening such as the Tokico Illumina, KYB AGX, or Konis.
