Toilet paper that is cut like this [\\] instead of [||]

I must have grabbed a defective pack of toilet paper at Costco because a few of the rolls are cut at a weird angle and the paper comes out all bejiggity sideways and s***. Basically the whole tube is cut at a 3 degree angle off from left to right. So instead of a roll like this [||] it's like this [//] and the paper like / \ / \ / and the edges are all sideways.
Has anyone else ever had this or is it just some conspiracy against me? I'm gonna call those damn charmin bears and tell them to get the s*** straight.

You are bad at toilet paper. Its not the rolls fault you cannot properly operate it.

Toilet paper is glued then cut to avoid the insane headache it would be to line how ever many feet properly, especially around curves.

The two plies have separated, and one ply has wrapped around the roll an extra time. Re-separate the two plies, and unwrap the outer one. When it comes back around they will be matched up again.

Scrunched?! What the hell man! Thats the most inefficient use of toilet paper. Its all about the fold and getting the most from the roll and using the most surface area and least amount of paper. I swear this is why a package of TP lasts longer in my house when there isn't a woman around.
Balling it up and then wiping is senseless. Wipe, refold, wipe again. You'll have more money for beer.

Here, the women (typically) take heaps of balled up toilet paper to dab their cooters dry and men take the approach to make the expensive butt paper last.
