toggle switch panel for windows/locks?

hey guys, my door panels/window and lock switches are screwed pretty much, i had an idea to fashion a panel in the car with toggle switches for the power windows and locks, would this be a doable thing? im awful with wiring but not completely inept.
i ask because ive never seen it done and no one in my area can really give me a straight answer, im wondering maybe a 2-way switch or somthing.

if anyone has any experience or input/ideas. i am open and welcome to them.
