[S13] toe VS camber with std toe arms

I lowered the rear -45mm. I now have -3° neg camber.I will fit my upper camber arms to reduce camber.I will be rewarded with toe out. :hurl:So I will compensate with std toe arm adjustable nuts, but I will be limited.

For those who already tried, how much camber degrees can I approximatively reduce for keeping slight toe in while using maxed out std toe arms?
