I had a little free time today and noticed my grill had gotten chipped/worn pretty bad, although I had planned to put an I35 grill in it i'm liking how this is looking. Used some satin black and clear I picked up at Lowe's and roughed it up with a scotch brite before painting.

I'm thinking about trying to black out the headlights this week too but still not so sure about pulling them apart yet so we'll see...

*UPDATE, pics of it back in the car(sorry for the quality, my digital camera is dead right now so my Blackberry was the next best thing...)

Thanks! I used Valspar Premium Enamel Satin Black and Valspar Premium Enamel Satin Clear from Lowe's. 4 coats of the black and 5 coats of the clear.

I just ran a scotch brite pad over everything to rough up and clean everything I was painting. Mine didn't have any dents or deep chips thankfully, the paint had just started to wear away. You can fill them in of course if you have any, for such small areas though it may be more trouble than it's worth.
