Well honestly I can't answer your question because a lot of things in my car are stock for now haha, I am not sure whether or I have seen anyone talk about one of these, have u tried "SEARCH", well just give a few until someone pops in

The stock shift knob was designed to compliment and match the overall appearance of the dash. And I think it does that. You may not like the result if you change it just for the sake having something different.

In other words, you may like brown shoes, but they detract from your appearance when wearing a tuxedo.

I have test driven the G-37 6MT, and I must say that the stick knob is better than that of the G-35. The shift knob of the G-37 is closer to after market knobs than that of the G-35. I would keep it, if I were you.
