Tob noise?

Hey i have a rb25 s13 and i just had a aasco lightened flywheel put in and before this i had a hdg6 clutch put in about 3k ago, now the tob or something is makeing a nasty sound, its a ticking/swirling sound, it did it all the way home from the shop then i let the car sit and put my new exhaust on and it only does it when the clutch is pushed in, when the clutch is out there is no noise, also had a ka24de slave cylinder installed beause mine went bad, they adjusted my clutch and now its alot softer then before, any one have any experence with this? what might the noise be?

Sounds pretty consistent with a bad TOB to me.
