Is that the bumpstop? If so I just reused mine, worked fine with 100k on them.

From the second picture that's what they looked like to me.

However, Whiteline may carry them. I don't believe Energy Suspension makes them (and I wouldn't get them if they do anyway).

What I need is the metal plate that holds the bushings in place, because the genius who worked on my car threw mine away. It is no longer available from Nissan and the salvage yards near me want me to buy the whole strut/spring assembly for $50-75 each. It's really just a glorified washer but I want to put the original piece back in, not just a washer.

I might have an oppurtunity to get S14 rear struts. It looks to me like they have the same metal plate:
