To the geniuses out there: How to remove 3rd screw from Blower Motor

Hey Guys,

This is a tough one...for me anyways. I'm trying to replace my blower motor, I can get to two of the screws on the housing, but can't get to the 3rd (the one behind all those connectors). Do I have to remove the connectors?

Also...how the hell do I remove the connectors? I can't pull them out for the life of me. Thanks!!
