i have cf door pillars, and got a bunch of compliments on it.... no one said it looks ricey, first time i hear of this.

CF for our cars is very look oriented mod. We don't have heavy steel parts that weight our cars down. Even the CF hood won't give you any performance upgrade because it doesn't weight that much less than the stock hood. I like having CF accents on my car, it keeps it from looking like 1 big black blob moving down the road.

I don't think it looks rice, however, I think it should be done with other carbon fiber parts ... i.e. hood, trunk, etc.

Also, I have a carbon fiber dah kit that I love... it would make for a nice accent to that, but I'm not doing anything carbon fiber on the outside of my car...

I know a feller that has e'm on and they look good. You really cant tell they're CF from a distance tho.

Not too ricey, i thought about doing it but i think it will look weird because theres other carbon fiber on the sides and then all of a sudden a pillar all alone there IMO.

The cf hood actually weighs more than the stock hood cause its fiberglass,
