With my 95 240, I am planning a massive overhaul with my audio system. I now plan to have all new speakers, 2 2 channel and 2 4 channel, new teeters in the stock position and 2 in the rear deck, a massive 12 sub, and 2 amps (one to the speakers, the other to the sub). With all this done, I plan to remove the factory...everything. I started on my plan today, looking at what needs done, what ill need help with ect. and thought, its a 12 year old car that I plan to spend massive amounts of money on, should I rewire everything? I figure with the advances in technology, that this would not only help but be safer and last longer. I am very detail orientated and like to do things right the first time so I think this idea isnt a bad one but I would like some constructive criticism because I dont know a lot about this aspect of automobiles. Thanks

You'll be stripping out the interior to do the job. Put in additional sound absorbing materials. Especially inside the body panels.

That doesnt bother me, I just redid the interior and now that I know how, it would be easy enough. I really want to hear if it would be worth replacing the wiring or should I just wire up my stuff as is?
