To Rebuild a Starter or to Not

Hey i have a 1989 Coupe and i was wondering if i should Rebuild my starter or just buy a new one? What do you guys think would be better for me? (there's also rebuild kit for a starter for cheap I've found on craglist). But if you guy's tell me to rebuild the my Starter can you guys send me pix's also ? "Please and thank you's"

Its just a DC motor, the brushes can wear, windings can burn / wear open, and the solenoids tend not to close and go bad.

I am guessing this rebuild kit is a motor brush kit or a solenoid. So unless you know how, or have detailed instructions don't do it. starters are cheap, and you can get the rebuilt by a starter / alternator / motor shop for even cheaper.

I had mine rebuilt for $90, I broke it again and they fixed it for free.

OH and also Do Auto/Tranmissons starter's Work on Manual/Tranmisson's engines?

Depends is if for you 240sx or s13 or s14 or s15 or 350z or 370z or 240z or 280z or 300z
