Hey I just bought a new MAF for my 2000 Maxima and it says in the box that I need to have my ECM flashed to relearn the new code. Do I need to do this or can I just unplug the battery for a little while. Thank you and have a pleasent day.

put the new maf in and if it works - good. if you have problems unhook the battery and see if that solves the problem.

Thats what I was thinking but I wasnt sure if I put it in if the car would explode or some stupid s*** like that. Preeciate it.
