hello, I have a red 2010 a/c with BC coilovers and 18x8 motegi wheels.. and i'm looking to get a different vehicle now. Currently I owe 18k on the car and it has just under 40k miles(aware I paid too much for the car). Just wondering your guys' opinion on if I should bring the car back to stock and try to sell it or just try to sell as-is to someone who would appreciate the changes.

Bring the car back to stock...doing so will make the car more attractive to a larger pool of prospective buyers. Can you afford to have have two vehicles financed at one time? If not just trade coupe in as and take a hit on the trade, since upside on your loan based on the numbers you presented and a dealer is going offer you a "trade in" price. You may also want to consider removing your aftermarket parts for a trade too. So that you can sell the parts, if doing so isn't to much of a hassle.

I agree that you should bring the car back to stock as that will make the car more appealing to the average person....unless you find a mod junky that finds your art attractive...and will buy the car for what it is.....art on wheels! other then that..back to stock.....I might be interested on the coils however :bigthumb:

Well took the car to carmax, found and test drove a 370z that I must have! So unless I can sell the car as-is on Craigslist, it'll be going back to stock and sold. Theres no way I can trade it in seeing as I've gotten offered 11,500 at most and I owe 18,000...

You'll get more money if you de-mod and sell the aftermarket parts separately. Unfortunately, unless you come across someone who is looking for a modded vehicle, they won't be willing to pay more because you have coilovers, etc installed.
