To buy or not to buy 350z roadster

hey guys so i'm looking at getting a black on black 350z roadster 2005. Does this year/model have any known issues or anything that i should be wary about? the car has 30k miles on it and i have noticed already that the airbag warning light is on the top doesn't fold right when closing so sometimes doesn't close fully and also per carfax it didn't pass emissions at some point but the dealer said he would take care of all these things. Forget to mention it is the auto not stick model no leather or gps with 17inch wheels. Please let me know what you guys think and what i should check before getting it, thanks!
