ok, i was washing my car and cleaning those beautiful spec v rims that sit so lovely on my car and i thought about what autox 240 was telling me in regards to the ground control coilovers. since these rims have a humongous 47mm offset, and the tires arent sitting inside the wheel well, if i lower the car, coilovers are out of the question. im not stuck up on having coilovers but i now worry about lowering period. i used the offset calculadora and it said that i lost 22mm in regards to how close the wheel sits to the suspension (spring/shock) due to the offset. so i wanna know if there is anyone with the spec v rims that has their car lowered and if they have any rubbing or alignment issues. i dont have and didnt have any alignment issues with the rims as of now and i have had them for at least seven months. is the spring and shock combo gonna work or should i start looking for some alternative rims?
