To All S13/S14/S15 owners

my 1990 nissan 240sx S13 has a weird problem when i start the car on a cold start it fires right up but when i drive it form a lil bit an i park my car an try to get back in it. In the next 5min it has a problem startin back up an it idles funny? whats the problem help please!!!!

battery ?? alternator ? battery loose terminal ??? bad ground ? or bad starter ??? or maybe u need new sparkplugs or new fuel filter.......just thorw it out there

check your timing. Probably fouling your plugs.

Also check for causes of too much fuel... injector O ring seals should be redone, IACV adjusted to proper idle, vacum lines cracking (esp. the one that runs to your FPR)

sounds like your fuel pump is shot to me. they get too hot when there old & lock up due to the excessive heat & metal expansion. then they cool down & everything is peachy again. hope this helps
