ok TMS, few things you may want to change! and feel free to delete this whole thread after !

Timing - 15*BTDC(DE) 10*BTDC(DET)

its 15*btdc on the DET motor as well, per my FSM

everything else is correct i thinkoh ive heard the pick up loop for timming isnt always that accurate and is best to make a pick up lead from a plug wire and take a reading off coil # 1, this true?

European cars have different four-port intakes, that could account for the difference.

Your det sensor would catch you. I ran 20 degrees on my RB20s without incident, you should be fine.

Maybe there should be a sticky about the differrence between J-spec and Euro models also. For example idle speed for the Euro model is also differrent (850rpm +-50rpm). These little things can cause confusion, because as far as i know the only downloadable FSM's on the net are for the Euro model(4 intake runners), and if people refer to them although they have a J.spec engine a few datas(timing, idle speed, etc) are not correct.

no I don't think you are in danger or losing power because of timing.
